Use this form to submit a formal appeal for an admission policy related to the Wisconsin Undergraduate Business Program. This form is for current UW-Madison or prospective transfer students seeking to apply to the Wisconsin Undergraduate Business Program.

Prospective transfer students who have not yet met with a Pre-Business advisor or Undergraduate Business admissions counselor must do so before submitting an appeal. Students who have already attended their SOAR orientation session do not need to schedule an appointment in order to submit an appeal, but must list the advisor they met with on the appeal form. An appointment may be scheduled with an admissions counselor by e-mailing: prebusadvising@wsb.wisc.edu

Deadlines:

Admission Policy Appeals must be submitted by March 1 of the spring term in which the student applies (for example, if a student is submitting their application in spring 2026 for fall 2026 admission consideration, the petition must be submitted by March 1, 2026). Appeals must be completed by the student seeking the appeal.
